Bowls is a food concept by the Luxembourgish restaurant group Concept + Partners. The idea behind this project is that a fresh, healthy nutrition should be simple and accessible. The result is a creative menu made of seasonal and regional ingredients. The hot or cold bowls can be composed individually, are vegetarian and vegan friendly or packed with freshly grilled fish or meat. These bowls are made to order right in front of the customers. The modern bistro design combines the healthy lifestyle with a cosy atmosphere.
